Those background musical pieces might be simply stock pieces used for commercial broadcasts, unavailable as normal recordings, using uncredited studio musicians, and possibly even untitled. When I broadcast a commercial on a college radio station, the DJ had a CD of that kind of filler music and told me to pick one piece that I thought fit the best, and that broadcast sounds like it uses the same kind of music.
