Everytime I reside, I’m not residual 2x
Where do I live, it’s called not being an Individual
For me it is the end, The E.N.D.
It’s supposed to be a change in his story
He’s in the frozen aisle, with no meat
On his bones, like he don’t eat
Loud, like he don’t speak
What they suggest him is to
Either get a shape up
Or his season finished
Maybe he’s kinda new to streets
Or he’s conventional
Or needs some creative recreation
I don’t think they like him
It’s often overstated
Hell will freeze over
But to him not over Satan
There’s no planet that supports life of difference
One size fit’s the image
Chorus
Whole time, I’m not an individual
I think I need to an individual
All I want to be is an individual
Try me, see if I am an individual
I get lost trying to be an individual
Can I be an individual
Verse 2
Y’all deduct me, yeah I’ve been paid
Friday the 13th, yeah I been slaved
You need to ban the dis play
The same old song, you can’t let this play
If you don’t treat me like a man, miss me
I wanted to be treated like everyone
Is there another part to the city
I guess they need a license to permit me
Oh yeah, and Meet me Halfway
This guys’ a loser half say
I guess I’m not the match made
In history, they fish me
But don’t catch me
I guess I’m not one of the guys on blackstreet
I’m in the enemy zone, on my own
They don’t like me, it’s a reality show
Chorus
Verse 3
Should have took notes to be like everybody else
Why, ask, the letter I why I’m afraid of myself
It’s not me, it’s my self esteem, they having HSA testing
His self assuredness was only 1.13
Suckas just don’t feel me
Probably not with dreads, or maybe an earring
I think they don’t understand like I’m a theory
I can’t make them love me, or give me acceptance status
The results have already been gathered,
And I guess this will be my service
You can thank me after
I’m not the prize they chasing after
They punked me, Save me Ashton
I just the guy afraid of the camera
I thought inside of me was a beast
No its just Kelsey grammar
I like this as well though i found there were a couple of times where i feel there should have been a rhyme and there wasn't. It was just in my head while rapping along i sub-consciously expected a rhyme and didn't get it and it kinda made that part not as good. That is this bit here:
"If you don’t treat me like a man, miss me
I wanted to be treated like everyone"
You see what i mean? I think a good rhyme there would be "history" with a new line about how you'll be gone like: "take it or leave it, i'll be gone, history" (off the top of my head) but it's up to you of course, they're your lyrics
Anyway, enough babbling; 8/10
