arabic sounding dance song

I've heard it a couple of times at the clubs downtown. Sometimes they play it on Kiss FM on at night on weekends too. There's not really any lyrics exept for every once in awhile the song kind of stops and is interrupted by a lady singing "la da duh duh da da" then it kicks back up to the fast melody. I've been looking everywhere for it and searching random leads on google, tried billboard, no luck. help appreciate. thanks

Why don't you search the site of the station? You may get the name of the song there. I've found many songs that way either from the streaming or from their playlist. Which Kiss FM do you listen to? Which country? Greece has also Kiss FM so I can't identify the results on Google! :P
