An Old Amy Grant Song?

Been trying to find these songs for years! I thought originally it was an old Amy Grant song, maybe I was wrong the lyrics were:

"Sometimes I feel like crying, sometimes I feel like dying. Then I hear a voice within me saying, I am your strength, I am your strength, come to me and rest!" Does anyone know the artist or name of this song.

The other was Larelle Harris, I think the lyrics were:

I will look up to my Father laughing I will say, I saw this morning coming all along!

I believe I heard I heard these songs on TBN many many years ago and have never been able to find them. Help me find these songs, please!

I really appreciate the quick replies. I'm was not familiar with Kelly Willard but I have since become a big fan. Still searching for that Larnelle Harris song... anyone? ...anyone!
