I feel like this line "we nass betheb we tsallem we tet'alem ketir" is wrong a bit , because she is not saying anything about 'learning a lot' in this particular line. If you could just quickly listen to the song and that line specifically and get back to me that would be very much appreciated! In the english translastion it says it should be "and some people love with all their heart and get hurted"

you're right ,tet'allem here is to suffer and as you said,i didn't pay intention to the word so i edited it ,
so the translation would be "and some people love with all their heart and get hurted (suffer)"
