there's this song that I love so much , I understand every single word except for the last sentence

that's the sentence that I don't understand in the whole song , I understand every word in that sentence but yet it doesn't make any sense to me , so I need someone to tell me what does this sentence mean and how does it fit in the song , pllllllllllllllllllllllllz
p.s : if I 'm going to join this sentence with the previous one then would it means " I 'll keep dreaming of that kiss that in the end you'll steal from me , but then again how does the word " mientras tanto " fit in ?? , it means " in the meantime " right ? then how come she's using this word when she's talking about something that would happen in the near future not now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It´s an odd sentence even for a native speaker (from Spain, at least). I think she´ll dream of stealing a kiss from him meantime he is "there".
The beginning of song reminds me another one: Te regalo, de Carlos Baute.
