Title: Watch my dance Lyrics: Eleana Vrachali Music: Yanni Christodoulopoulos Sung by Loukas Yiorkas feat. Stereo Mike
I was born so betrayed,
who am I - what I’ll be?
What is mine in this life?
Just the heaven and sea
No I won’t give them up,
they’re my fortune, my proof
Don’t believe what you hear,
cause their truth kills your truth!
The duty I’ve got, is my war against fear
and I want you with me, yes, I want you so near
Watch my dance "Head up high, Hands like wings" and I’ll fly
Το κεφάλι ψηλά και τα χέρια ανοιχτά! Head up high and open arms!
Την έχει η ψυχή μου τη φωτιά My soul acquires the fire
τους φόβους όλους καίει μοναδικά. that burns all the fears, in a unique way.
Tα βήματά μου κάνω ως το Θεό I fulfill my steps towards God
κι αν πέσω εγώ ξανά θα σηκωθώ and if I fell (on my knees) I will once again stand up
I 've heard many words
but I still won’t forget
the language of my body
the sound my heart wings
So I’m staying alive
and my losses won’t let,
my soul to surrender,
the power of loss is my bet

"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"

"CH" is like a strong H in the english word Huge. Greek words that have áccénts indicate stress, so CHeria, χέρια is not pronounced "cherYA, it's pronounced CHERya". "GH" is pronounced like the Hebrew, Dutch, or Scottish gutteral sound, "Chutzpah" or "Loch". The letter R is pronounced with the toungue against the teeth, like in Spanish (Spain), and is similar to the American "d" sound of "tt" in the word "better". When I write "ps" I mean pronounce both sounds like "oops", not "psycho". "u" sounds like "oo"
