I've had this song for years, not sure where it came from. I might have gotten it back in the late 90's - at the time Apple was selling their new iBooks with dozens of free songs preloaded...that's the most likely source.
Anyway, I've got the song, but the MP3 info is gone. Even though I have the lyrics I have been unable to properly tag it with year or title or anything. Hopefully folks here can help me.
I have the song titled as "Learning to Live". It's a female artist and the tune is popular country.
Here's the first part of the lyrics. I've tried Google, Soundhound...nothing has lead me to the answer.
I am younger than the sun
I am younger than the tree
But I'm wise enough to know that I'm still in love with you
I feel you underneath my skin
I see you glowin' in the dark
Now we're puttin' back the pieces
of broken little hearts
Chorus:
We are learning to live
And we're living to (learn?)
And I'm teaching you
And you're teaching me
Learing how to live
I was (?) like the water
I was losing track of time
When I heard a little voice
Speaking wisdom (of the mind?)
Repeat chorus
...
Hope you folks can help! Thanks!
