Sailin' Away

Recently found an old box of tapes from 1978 to '86. They are all mix tapes. Awesome music but I don't know a lot of the songs. Great new wave stuff. Here is one I really like but can't find on the net. Its a fast electronic beat with a girl singing (sounds British). The tape, which is in rough shape, is marked 1982 though there are songs older on it also. Here are the lyrics that I can make out anyway:
