You Should Be With Me

One of the few "happy" love songs I've written, You Should Be With Me is about two people worrying they would be alone, but then realising they should've been together all along. It's very upbeat, and I'm going to make the last repeat of the chorus be in a different key for effect. I wrote this years ago at primary school, believe it or not, on the bus. I thought of a tune for it, and luckily I still remember it completely. I started writing it out in G major, then realised my head thought it was better suited as F Sharp major. I actually originally wrote this for the season finale of Silly Mishaps (which explains lines like "we'll run and we'll dance"), but the song isn't very silly so I've been thinking about writing a different one and just having this for something else. Here goes!
