HELP needed, old soul song

Hi

Heard a song on the radio and can't find it!

Sounded like a 70's R&B tune, it's not Shirley & Company but sounds similar.

The chorus is a spoken "Mista" or "Big Shot" or similar.

The beat sounds a little bit like in 3T - Sex Appeal but older (70's?) and slower.

Any ideas?
