Solved: Eurovision contest promo

Hi,
I saw Eurovision contest last weekend and I heard a song that I liked very much. It was not a song in the contest, but in a promo about Germany. Before each song, there was a clip with people from the country that was about to go into the contest, in Germany (tourists visiting museums, residents going to work, and so on). At the end of the contest, before the voting, all the clips were put toghether, with a song.
The style reminded me of "Coldplay". A cannot remember the lyrics, only something like "say a-e" ("a" like the first a in "America" and "e" like the first "e" in "end"), and at the end of the song, they said something like "you are (all) wonderful" (I'm not very sure about "all").
Any suggestion?
