Im desparate to find this song, but not sure about the lyrics!

So, the previous week I heard a lovely song, sung by a guy with a quite manly voice. As far as I can remember -might be mistaken about it- the lyrics were like: "And i'm all that you're missing now... I know you ...can can't ain't... hear hearing... me now" and in the end it went like "oh right now". If anybody knows anything, or even has a single idea, please post your answer! Thanks in advance
