The only suggestion I can come up with is "BLAME IT ON THE STREETS." It's either by "Black Oak Arkansas" or a group called USA. One was formed by members of the other and I'm not sure which. Hope it helps though.

I have seen many people on many forums asking who wrote this song...the answer is Akon...this was a single that was put out around '94-95 that came out with another song called "Crack Rock" I'm pretty sure that right after the single came out, he went to jail and wasnt released until shortly before the album Konvict came out....I had this single back in the day and as far as i can tell i'm the only one because noone else seems to have it online...hope that all helps

nickynopants is right, the song is by Akon and it's called "Operations of Nature".. I've been hunting for this song for a long time, so if anyone ever finds anywhere to get it..
