Song being sampled?

Listened to Tinie Tempah's song Till I'm Gone featuring Wiz Kahlifa for the first time and from the time the beat started, I knew that the beat sampled a rap song from the 90's. The name of the song escapes my mind, but this is going to bug me until I figure it out.

I have a feeling that the song had Nate Dog on the chorus.
