Trying to identify music from a home video

it was playing in the background of some video on the web - there's absolutely no information available regarding the name, the artist or even the person who uploaded it :-(

Since none of the music-identify-services recognize it, I'm starting to think that it might even be a loop from a movie-editing program. Any ideas?
