its a folk song , originaly from Kilis, a town near to boarder with Syria.
And yes it is Turkish, Basicly a happy song with rhymes. i will try to translate it later.
If i am not wrong "dest" is Farsi and it means "Hand"
Carnation in the hand, its smell reaches friends, i have you in my heart, Who is in your heart. (first 4 lines something like that)

Yes the band sings different languages and also Turkish too. Here is a version more close to original.
its not much different from the original song, only in 3rd line they say "Gönlümde" which has same meaning with "Kalbimde" (in my heart).
And some parts of the song the chorus are said in different language, i dont know if it is Kurdish or Arabic. And 1 or 2 sentences are added between lines passings in different language also. I cant understand what language are they.
i hope it makes any sense for you. Folk songs are always full of strange sayings.
Any corrections will be appreciated, i hope it helps.
