    La mia prof di inglese mi ha detto che si può dire " I'm not concentrated or I aren't, o I haven't

    E vero?

    I am not concentrated/focused/concentrating (on....), presumo tu intenda "concentrata" nel senso di "impegnata, assorta".
    "Are" non si usa per la prima persona singolare.

    "I have focused...." (non ho trovato I have concentrated usato per descrivere persone) è "ho concentrato -la mia attenzione/la mia energia su....-" Ex: I have focused my attention on learning German".
    L'unico modo di usare "to have not" che ho trovato è il passato di "can": "I cannot concentrate on/ I haven't been able to concentrate on..."

    Nel senso non sono concentrata a studiare

    La migliore sarebbe "I can't focus on studying", oppure "I cannot concentrate when studying"
