Trying to find the title of a song

For several years I have been trying to identify this song I remember hearing in 2001 or so. It is a hip-hop song and I have no clue who sings it or even if I have the right words.

If memory serves me right, the opening begins with a man going "Give me the good times" and then later on during the song some woman says "all my friends just call them the good times". I believe they say good times however I can not remember for certain.
