    I have had this WAV file for a long time. I used it for a heads up when my "Better Half" came online to chat.
    Any help with the song and artist would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Other clue for others interested: the WAV provided by OP is date stamped 1999-02-04

    IMO, the singer is quite young also. Definitely in their 20's. I can't quite put my finger on it, but that voice sounds familiar.
