New duet

I work in Kohl's and there is a new song that they have been playing along with he Christmas music. However, it's not a Christmas song! I don't know any lyrics unfortunately. It's kinda slow and reggae/pop. It puts you in the mind of Mariah Carey and features a kinda reggae male artist like Shaggy. I'm sure it's neither of them but I will try to remember some of the lyrics. I've seen miracles worked on this thread before so maybe someone can help! Thanks a ton it's driving me CRA-ZY!
