Christmas duet

I am trying to find this song I heard in Kohls. It is sung by a man and a woman and I think it's a Christmas song. The man sounds like Josh Groban but I don't know if it is or not. At one point he is singing in a foreign language.

some of the lyrics are the woman singing "Please come home" and both of them singing in the chorus "I need you now." It has a piano in it and it is really beautiful and I can't get it out of my head. Can anyone help me?!?
