(Solved) Help finding song. Sample of song included.

Can't seem to find this song through google by typing some of the lyrics.
I also have a sample that I recorded off the tv soap opera show 'Neighbours' on 07/11/2012, though the sample is not sung by the official singer here.
I'm pretty sure the song was actually released since I have heard it before, but in this sample it is covered by someone else.
