two songs that are amazing! what are they?

I'm new to this board, so i dont know what to expect here.

I have been trying to identify a song from the cheerios organic commercial. Its got a kid and his mom with a box of organic cheerios. The tag line is something like "what could be more natural than this?" or something. The song is an acoustic guitar playing a kinda reggae rhythm with a female singer over top humming a melody.

the second was on an adult swim "bump" (is that what they're called?) and was a double-time jazz cacophony that makes my brain evaporate and become one with the spiritual world. That may be an exaggeration, but its a pretty amazing song.

The first one is by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. It's a ukelele version of "Over the Rainbow". I'm having issues getting links to post today, so if I don't succeed, it's easy to find on Google.
