Help finding a song

My friend was trying out for an audition, and he sang this song. It was so great, but I really can't remember the name of it at all !! Or any of the lyrics except for this one. "To admit that I was wrong" --it's like in the bridge of the song, I believe. The part crescendoes and ends on a high note.

I'm pretty sure it's some kind of popular rock/punk rock song.
