[SOLVED] Please help me recognize a 1996 - 1997 song through it's video clip.

Hi,

I appreciate it, if you could help me recognize a song through it's video clip.

I saw a music video on "VIVA" back in 1996 or 1997 of a black, male, tall, (nice face) singer with a gray suit and holding a radio player and starts dancing on a carpet in front of a traditional house or restaurant (can't remember), I think it was a techno style song but I can't remember the lyrics, the song title not even the singer name.

Thank you very much for helping me recognize that song after too many years.
