Slow song with the words "trick or treat" and "I guess they will"

Looking for the name of a very slow and draggy song. i would compare it to wicked games. Its a guy singing in a deep voice and the only two lyrics I know are 'Trick or treat, I guess they will." The music video is in black and white and shows a mans face throughout most of it, I seem to remember if being like a really white kinda frankenstieny face.
