I'm searching for both - lyrics and translation of "Chillaaa" by Ir-Sais & T Sean. I'm not sure but I think this is Dutch...

I am Dutch, but the only sentence I understand, is 2:10:
"Je weet toch, dat kunnen we ook"
is something like
"You know, we can do that too"

In the comments someone says it's "papiamentu.....and engles"

It's dutch mixed with papiamento it is very hard to understand sometimes
