I don't think this track had any lyrics (Maybe because it's a remix version, possibly), more like mood background music.

This song has characteristic electronic sound effects similar to puppy barking “woof woof” sound or “beep beep” sound when you lock the car doors, or even whistle sound. Twice at each time.
I want to emphasize that this sound is not a real dog sound at all and it doesn't sound like human voice, but like electronical effects.
