Yes, I'll admit that nobody really knows anything. We're here a while, then we get old and die unless we die young.

Thanks for the comment, nice to see someone's else's interpretation of the song! I originally wrote the song with the idea of the feeling of constant "uncertainty" or the "unknown" with regards to what people think of us.
