    Its a dance song and in the refrain it says the phrase "I just wanna be happy" (prolonging the "y" in happy as in "happyeeeee"). It's a female singer (not Gloria Estefan though) or maybe a girl/women dance band. I have heard it in a commercial on TV.

    Any help?
