Please help identify this so excellent old style song. Unfortunately I even can't recognize lyrics because it strongly dissolved and shaken and I am not native English speaker.

Song at 39:45. Tag video=youtube with time offset goes play with wrong time, I think it is the vBulletin bug. Simple URL above works good.
