A very difficult one

Can someone figure out title and performer of a song by a description of it's video only?
OK, I saw the video for this song more than 5 years ago and I only saw it once (don't laugh:>), so I would try to give as detailed description of the video as I can:
There are two people - a boy and a girl without hair - their heads are shaven, they are dancing to electronic music, very close to each other (but not! in an old-fashioned romantic way) in a dark place lighted only by subtle blue light, it may be a club.
I thought the title of the song might be sth like: Body Talking or Body Speech but I've looked for these and similar titles with no success. I never found the two most important things - the dark blue light and the two alienlike dancers close to each other, and it's impossible for me to recognise the sound without the video.
So, anyone recognising this video?
I know - small or no chance, but since I haven't forgotten the image all this time, it must be worth trying:>

I hope this helps someone to recognise it, I remember the title should be sth. like:

Body Talking
Body Speech
Body World....

I'm not sure that it has lyrics, the rhythm is electronic.
Can anyone figure out a video with a similar name?
