Default Please help me identify this Christmas song!!

I have been hearing this song on the radio every year since 1994. The group sounds like Air Supply, but the song is not on their Christmas album. The opening lyrics go:

"Snow falling softly down over Christmas town,
and the windows warm and friendly in the night.
    And people are telling stories
    there at the fireside
    with faces bright.

In Christmas town they will love you,
You'll laugh and sing and play,
and everyone there will help you
make every day, every day Christmas Day."

If anyone knows the title and/or artist, I would be greatly appreciative.
    TY

I've looked with no success and I'm certain others have as well. We'll keep looking. That was a bone

Like logan1 said we are looking and we care (ahhhh), it's just my ego that prevents me from replying just to say I tried and failed...

I thought I was on to a good lead when I found a 7" record (we used to call'em 45's) from Lovejoy. The A-side has a song called "A Christmas Wish" and the B-Side has two versions of a song called "Snow Falling Softly". I cannot find lyrics for "A Christmas Wish" but the reviews I found make it a good candidate. One version of "Snow Falling Softly" (Bent Fabric Mix) has no lyrics other than "Snow Falling Softly" is repeated in the background. I do not know if the other version of "Snow Falling Softly" has "real" lyrics. The song, "Snow Falling Softly" (Bent Fabric Mix) can also be found on their album/CD, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" (2002). I do not know what year the 7" record was released. Lovejoy's first album was released in 1998. Since you have been hearing the song since 1994, this lead may not pan out. If you want to take a chance, the following link wants $1.99 to download the record:

Happy Hunting and I hope your "Christmas Wish" comes true...
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

Default Didn't mean to offend anyone

Sorry if I offended anyone. I really do appreciate everyone's efforts. I just needed to post again so my message would stay near the top of the thread and be seen by more people.

Merry Christmas to all, and Happy New Year
