Song in heavy rotation of Radio Free Hawaii and in dance clubs in Honolulu in November of 1994, with refrain "Let it rain." Most of other lyrics just comprised on scat, something like ba boo ba da ba boo. Aside from dance beat, primary instrument was a muted trumpet sound.
