Default How to cope with stress and procrastination?

The past few weeks I’ve been dealing with constant stress at work and then wasting hours scrolling on my phone instead of doing things I need to. I tried watching random YouTube videos on productivity, but honestly most of them don’t stick. I feel like I need something more structured, maybe some short practices or courses that actually teach you how to manage stress and break out of procrastination. Does anyone know where I could find useful tests or practical lessons like that, without spending endless hours searching?

I can relate to that a lot. I used to binge productivity content too, but it left me more overwhelmed than helped. What worked better for me was trying smaller steps—like quick exercises that you can actually finish in a few minutes. I found out about this through looking up what is liven, and it had these bite-sized lessons and self-tests around stress, habits, and even procrastination. I liked that it wasn’t just theory, but also gave me space to reflect on how I felt day-to-day. It didn’t magically solve everything, but building small wins like that felt way less intimidating than trying to change everything at once.

Some people respond well to structured courses, while others just need a daily reminder to slow down or focus. It’s funny how there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Sometimes even small things like stepping outside for ten minutes or setting a timer for a short task can make a surprising difference.
