I've been working out consistently for a few years now, and I've built a decent amount of muscle, but I'm struggling to get that really defined, lean look. My body fat percentage is still a bit higher than I'd like, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to accelerate the process. A friend suggested looking into peptides, but I'm not sure where to start. Has anyone had success using them specifically for improving muscle definition and reducing body fat? I would love to see if it would be worth it.
