Hey im new here and i am trying to find out the artist and name of a song. i know it is from the 80's. problem is i barely no the lyrics. i know a little of the courus but the words are wrong. it goes like this

but the early low part (if that is the words) is like earrrrrlyyyyyy loooooowwwww...

so yah. i have no idea who sings this. i was in my friends car and i wasnt really paying attention but i thought i heard something about david bowee. maybe i was just out of it. actually im really doubting the david boweee thing. i know ive heard it before i think it was on a ******* episode before. please help
