I watched Simpsons today and in one episode (i think it's called "Last Exit to Springfield") lisa sang a song.
I think it went something like this:

    Come gather round children,
    It's high time yoe learned,
    Bout a hero named Homer
    And a devil named Burns.

    We'll march till we drop,
    The girls and the fellas,
    We'll fight till the death
    Or else fold like umbrellas.

So we'll march day and night,
    By the big cooling tower,
    They have the plant,
    But we have the power.

And I'd like to know if this is a real song thats only been changed a little for the Episode....
I hope you can help me, cause id like to learn to play it on the guitar
If you should know where I can find tabs for the song could you post a link too?
    THX^^

Please excuse my engish.....I'm from Germany....

I think this is what you're after:

"Classical Gas" by Mason Williams (Last exit to springfield). Lisa Simpson played "Classical Gas" on guitar in the 1993 Simpsons episode Last Exit to Springfield.
Its nice to be important, but its more important to be nice

It sounds like an original Simpsons song which borrowed similar lyrics from protest/atitude type songs (protest may be too strong a word) performed by at least 2 different artists from the 60s: The Doors and Bob Dylan. The two songs being "Five to One" by the Doors and "The Times They Are a Changin'" by Bob Dylan.

Yeah...I already though that the lyrics might be from some Bob Dylan song....
I'll go check the two songs out...hope one of them is what I was looking for...
