Need Help finding the ARTIST & TITLE of a 70s Disco/Funk song

Okay the song has lots of trumpets, saxs or horns... has a solid beat... and sounds like a lotta people are singing in the song.

Some of the lyrics are...

but it wouldn't be Aretha because the vocals are only guys... i forgot to mention that.

it sounds similar to George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelics if that helps anyone.
