Name of bow wow song

I heard this song years ago on a trailer for the 101 Dalmations Movie - the one with Glenn Close. I bought the soundtrack but this song wasn't on the CD. I most recently heard it today on a rerun of the Ellen Degeneres show as her dance song. It is a great dance song. Not rap but both spoken and sung lyrics. Some of the words are: Bow wow - yippe ya, yippe yea. Bite that, Chase the cat, like the dog in me. I will be in the doggy house - Woof.

I tried emailing the Ellen show when the show first aired in January but they don't post the names of the songs and haven't responded. When I heard it again today, I found this website when doing a google search . I hope someone can help me. I think it was a very popular song. Thanks for your help!!
