I think that recent lyrics production in Greece make people laugh. Some of most popular songs are completely rediculus..

GPilali if you don't like the music of your country (if I don't make a mistake you are from Athens), then don't hear it. You are not forced to hear something you don't like. But let the others to have different opinion. Do you like the songs from other countries that the only thing that they say is ahhhhhh and ouhhhhhh? Μα γιατί μιλάω στα Αγγλικά; Τέλος πάντων... Σου αρέσουν τα τραγούδια που δεν μπορείς να βγάλεις άκρη; Χωρίς αρχή και τέλος, χωρίς λογική και χωρίς νόημα; Τουλάχιστον τα δικά μας έχουν ένα θέμα, ένα στόρυ, κάτι τέλος πάντων, μια λογική σειρά. Γι' αυτό μη ισοπεδώνεις τα πάντα. Δεν είναι όλα τα Ελληνικά τραγούδια έτσι και μην είσαι απόλυτος/η.

i think in that categorie the songs of Annita Pania's team from the glorius tv show "Jet'aime" are invisible. And the one i like the best is " O erastis" by Kat man

Dear Maria_gr,

We all have songs with funny or bad lyrics in our own countries (I am from Turkiye); this does not mean that the music of that country is not worth to listen or that country has no fine music culture. I think GPilali has been objective and has shared his ideas with the forum (I don't want to say that you are not objective; please do not take offence at this. We all act instinctively at such cases, -in some way- to defense everything related to our homeland). I think most people in this forum knows how Greek Music is and like to listen to it; so don't worry about such messages' possibility of creating bad impression of Greek Music. I also like this music very much and am trying to learn lyrics (I also would like to have Greek friends).

I didn't want to defend the music of my country. I agree that some songs are not so good. I also said that our songs have a basic story and it's not good to put all the songs in this category. There are many songs that they worth and they want to give a message.
