Song Help! Heard it on radio.

I was at boston market and i heard parts of this song over all the talking, so i think it's recent. and i'm not sure what the lyrics are, so any help would be good.

The guy sings it really high, almost sounds like James Blunt or Snow Patrol, it has an acoustic guitar playing in the back. And i think the chorus is really drawn out, something like "I can't take it, i don't blah blah blah", I could be completely off on the lyrics and it could be "I can't fake it, i can't" or any variation of that. When he sings it it sounds like "Iiiiiii can''ttttt takkee it, i don't wannnblah blah"
