i can almost be positive the first reply will be correct cuz everyone knows the song.. but anyway

it's a famous song that they have at dances/clubs wherever there's dancing goin on.. and the first words go "Everybody clap your hands" and then the obvious happens, you hear clapping for a while.. haha- what song is thisss?????
