    hi ive heard this tune and i really want it on my ipod but i dont know what its called.

    the lyrics are from an old garage tune and it a lady singing "just dip, go down, whine up your waist"
    thats all the lyrics i can remeber its sung in the style of the incredible mc (high pitch kinda)

    Nearest lyrics I found were for Boom Shak a Lak, originally recorded by Apache Indian. Doesn't really fit your description though - maybe someone did a cover version or remix.
