help me ID this hip/hop song

heard this joint today on LA power 106 830 pm-ish

aight this is gonna sound weird as hell, but i coudlnt hear the lyrics well cuz my navigation was talkin over the radio

it was hip/hop or rap song , definitely west coast, medium to fast tempo

**main thing** the chorus was sort of a high pitched repetitive melody, sounding like somebody singing "ayy uh, ayy uh, ayy uh, uh ahhh.... ayy uh ayy uh ayy uh uh ahhh" again and again

or the words could have been "fire" or "higher" or something, but def sounded like ayy uhh

parts i remember: some lyric that goes "hey diddle diddle ________"
at the end it went" "wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute hold on" but i am not sure if the dj said those words (this was like part of one of those mixes they do sometimes)

i dont know, tried google searching parts of this and got nothing. anyone know?

It reminds me of the old Isley Brothers song "Shout". May be it's a cover version.

It sounds like to me it's either "Wait A Minute by Ray J Ft. Lil' Kim & Pharrell" or "Who Dat by JT Money Ft. Sole" Just a guess.
