Can't find song...

The words are: Sky's the limit and you know that you could have what you want, be what you want..." It is sung by a male artist, and is an R&B dance song. I have went through numerous search engines and cannot find it. It is not the song from Akinyele-Hook (album is Aktapuss) which has those same words, and it is not the rap song from Notorious BIG.
