Δεκαπενταύγουστος

Στην εξοχή εκεί έχω αφήσει τη ψυχή
Στη πόλη αυτή, ούτε ελπίδα ούτε φιλί
Μες στο βυθό θα μείνω εκεί θα ξεχαστώ
Σε μια στροφή, στην άσφαλτο άδειο κορμί

Κι όλο ζητώ πάνω στο νήμα να σταθώ, καρδιά μου
Κι ακροβατώ από ένα θαύμα να πιαστώ, Παναγιά μου
Φεύγει η ζωή μονάχη, δίχως γυρισμό ] 2x

Μια φυλακή και πως να βγω μέσα από ’κει
Ποια να ’ναι η αρχή, έρωτας, λάθος ή αφορμή
Πριν να χαθώ, μέσα απ’ το τίποτα που ζω
θα γεννηθώ, σε άλλο κόσμο να βρεθώ

Κι όλο ζητώ πάνω στο νήμα να σταθώ, καρδιά μου...
