Default Lyrics / The Neville brothers

    Hello!

I'm looking for lyrics from two Neville brothers songs :

"Walkin' in the shadow of life" and "My brother's keeper" ...

    Can you help me?

    Thanks a lot!

I found this as the lyrics of the first one but to me it seems a bit too short to be complete.
    It's a start anyway......

Walkin' in the shadow of life

    No second chance
    when your *** is grass
    and about the money,
    you can't take your paper
    when you meet your maker
    Watchin' everything
    just pass you by
    blamin' everyone else
    but you ain't never tried
stallin' every little chance you get
    never doin' nothin' about it
until there ain't no time left.

Hello F A B Scott! Thanks for those lyrics! As you say some verses are missing. There's a small part missing before the words you sent me and the rest of the song. Listening to the song I try to write down what I understand but as I'm french speaking, it's a bit hard for me ... I hope to find the end of the song!

    Thanks again! :-)

I'll have a listen again but it's difficult even for English speaking people. I'll try.

I feel less stupid, not being able to understand every word! ;-) It's really nice of you to try to help me!

In fact, I need those lyrics for my group and in case I don't have the right words, we'll have to sing some things like "I wanna tring the hit tonight flew together, stroop" (<--- LOL)

Well, I'm still looking everywhere on the web to find them ... cross my fingers!

    Thanks again!
