I am looking for the artist/title of this song which came out sometime in the late 90s. It is on a Hot 106.7 Fall 1999 Dare to Care CD Sampler I have. Sadly, I only have the disc, no jewel case. Here's is an MP3 of the song which I will post for a limited time.
